  Food is good but only when its fresh which means no leftovers should be saved cause it tastes like three day old little Caesar pizza. Everything is seasoned from the chicken to the biscuit even the mashed potatoes.

  Very rude, ghetto and unprofessional. Why hire young folks they not worried about they job or how they talk to people they worried about blunts and baby daddys. I will be calling the manager tomorrow

  My experience was sick! Waited 45 minutes for wrong food. No sauce for chicken. Forgot a drink. Waited again. Waited for right food. Wrong again! And then the worst raw chicken! Never ever ever again!

  Rude!!!! It's rare to find someone that works at this location (eastpointe) that is not rude. It's a shame because I love popeyes food. It's gotten to a point where I get anxious before and during the ordering process because you never know how rude it will get! They need to change this fast! Where is the management?! Will not be going back at this location, it's not worth it.
